Shift Supervisors at Red Robin are master problem solvers, particularly when it comes to guest interactions. They take pride in resolving issues promptly and effectively to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, they are driven to optimize restaurant profits through efficient operational management and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role requires a dynamic individual who is energetic, goal-oriented, and dependable, capable of motivating and supervising peers with maturity and confidence.

This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is a must, as is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of restaurant operations. The role is a hybrid one where Shift Supervisors may also perform other hourly roles for which they are certified, scheduled based on the needs of the restaurant.
In summary, Red Robin offers an engaging work environment where team members are encouraged to bring their energy and personalities to work, making each shift a unique and rewarding experience.
