Those who refer new team members can earn bonuses as additional incentive. Furthermore, this role is eligible for health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance after meeting certain eligibility criteria. Retirement benefits, including a 401k plan with company matching up to 4% of pay, and paid time off accrue with continued service.
