Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
- Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to supervise peers effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
- Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation required
- ServSafe certified preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Oversee and support restaurant team members to ensure high performance
- Resolve guest issues effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality standards
- Optimize profitability by managing resources and controlling costs
- Conduct on-the-job training for team members and support leadership development
- Ensure compliance with company and brand equity standards
