Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience supervising or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members during shifts
  • Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • Monitor and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Support team development and resolve workplace conflicts
