Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience supervising or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to direct the work of others
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members during shifts
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- Monitor and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Support team development and resolve workplace conflicts
