Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes including recipe adjustments
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among multiple employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of retail environment practices

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the store team during shifts to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coach partners in the preparation of coffee, beverages, and food products to ensure quality standards
  • Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate daily operational activities
  • Maintain compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • Manage store operations to provide a welcoming, clean, and efficient environment
  • Support conflict resolution and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stocking to ensure product availability
