Job Duties
- Handle daily cash responsibilities including balancing registers and processing transactions
- Monitor and manage daily inventory needs ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering supplies as required
- Engage with customers to address and resolve complaints ensuring a positive dining experience
- Own and manage daily weekly and monthly goals to drive restaurant performance and meet targets
- Oversee day-to-day business activities including shift organization and addressing restaurant needs
- Supervise team member performance handle staffing needs and address behavioral and performance issues
- Execute catering orders and manage unique customer needs to ensure timely and accurate service
- Foster a positive work environment and support team members in their roles
