Job Duties

Handle daily cash responsibilities including balancing registers and processing transactions
Monitor and manage daily inventory needs ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering supplies as required
Engage with customers to address and resolve complaints ensuring a positive dining experience
Own and manage daily weekly and monthly goals to drive restaurant performance and meet targets
Oversee day-to-day business activities including shift organization and addressing restaurant needs
Supervise team member performance handle staffing needs and address behavioral and performance issues
Execute catering orders and manage unique customer needs to ensure timely and accurate service
Foster a positive work environment and support team members in their roles
