Job Duties

  • Handle daily cash responsibilities including balancing registers and processing transactions
  • Monitor and manage daily inventory needs ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering supplies as required
  • Engage with customers to address and resolve complaints ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Own and manage daily weekly and monthly goals to drive restaurant performance and meet targets
  • Oversee day-to-day business activities including shift organization and addressing restaurant needs
  • Supervise team member performance handle staffing needs and address behavioral and performance issues
  • Execute catering orders and manage unique customer needs to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Foster a positive work environment and support team members in their roles
