Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • six months experience in customer interaction roles
  • ability to delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
  • coach food and beverage preparation to standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of shift team members
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • ensure quality customer service and positive customer interactions
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
  • uphold store operating policies and standards
  • promote a welcoming and inclusive environment
