Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customer modifications
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- At least six months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes and customer modifications
- Handle cash transactions ensuring store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
- Coach partners in food and beverage preparation
- Uphold store operating policies and standards
