Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store policies regarding quality, cash handling, and safety
- Experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of customer service experience
- Six months of experience managing or delegating tasks
- Ability to direct and motivate team members
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team during shifts
- Ensure quality control of beverages and food products
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team members
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store security
- Coach partners on preparation of food and beverages
- Maintain compliance with store operating policies and standards
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff
