Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to satisfactorily complete corporate training programs
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with franchise-specific compensation and benefits policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
- Completion of recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior experience in fast-food management preferred
Job Duties
- Provide functional guidance to crew members including assignment delegation
- Instruct and follow through on crew member responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service during shifts
- Ensure adherence to Wendy's standard operating procedures and HR policies
- Complete recommended corporate training programs
- Support and motivate crew to achieve operational goals
- Monitor and manage shift operations to maintain efficiency
