Job Duties

Team leadership by fostering a respectful and collaborative team environment through effective communication of shift priorities, goals, and results
support the training and development of crew members by providing coaching and feedback
ensure adherence to KFC's operational standards including food safety and quality
manage food preparation and cleaning processes with speed and accuracy
deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and serving hot and fresh meals
quickly assess and resolve operational challenges during the shift to ensure smooth restaurant operations
monitor product inventory levels and minimize waste while ensuring accurate cash handling procedures
enforce safety and sanitation guidelines ensuring compliance with local regulations and KFC's standards
monitor team performance identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements
