Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team of two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts and manage daily store operations
- Coach and develop team members to ensure quality customer service and product preparation
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security standards
- Ensure compliance with operating policies including food and beverage quality
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of employees during shifts
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Support the store in achieving performance goals and maintaining positive customer experiences
