Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team of two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts and manage daily store operations
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure quality customer service and product preparation
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety and security standards
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies including food and beverage quality
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of employees during shifts
