Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety and security
  • Six months of customer interaction experience
  • Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by managing daily store operations and staff
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of employees
  • Ensure adherence to store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for team members and customers
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
