Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety and security
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts by managing daily store operations and staff
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of employees
- Ensure adherence to store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for team members and customers
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
