Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customizations
- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating work of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
- Ability to direct work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain cash handling procedures accurately
- Foster a positive team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships
