Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customizations
  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
  • Ability to direct work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain cash handling procedures accurately
  • Foster a positive team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships
