The role of Shift Supervisor at KFC is pivotal in ensuring that daily restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Shift Supervisor oversees all aspects of the shift, ranging from food quality control and service delivery to team management and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include executing daily operations according to company procedures, assigning workstations to ensure proper coverage, monitoring product levels and food quality, and verifying compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. The Shift Supervisor is also responsible for leading pre-shift meetings, providing on-the-job training, enforcing attendance and performance expectations, and reporting any performance or behavioral issues to management. Customer service remains a top priority, with the Supervisor ensuring that each guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service, addressing complaints effectively and supporting upselling efforts to drive sales.
Administrative duties play an important role, including completing shift paperwork such as cash counts and temperature logs, managing labor and break schedules, and assisting with inventory control. Additionally, the Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment in compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements while supporting proper incident documentation when necessary. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle with active insurance, and basic computer skills. Flexibility to relocate based on business needs and consistent performance through passing all ROCC evaluations is essential.

Job Duties
