Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
