Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Six months of experience in leadership or team coordination

- Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams

Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth service
- Coach and prepare food and beverages based on standard recipes or customer preferences
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Maintain store safety and security
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members
- Uphold company standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service
