Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in restaurant or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to lift 25-85 pounds
  • Physical stamina for extended standing
  • Good hearing in normal range
  • Punctuality and flexibility in work hours
  • Ability to work cooperatively in confined spaces
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • Ability to read menus, manuals, and training materials
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Have direct ownership of team results and guest experience impact
  • Support Restaurant General Manager in goals related to team building, operations, and profitability
  • Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
  • Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, clean environment, and hot fresh meals
  • Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in restaurant operations
  • Manage cash handling and operational duties as required
