This role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is critical in ensuring that the coffeehouse operates smoothly and maintains its high standards for both product quality and customer experience. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the leader during your assigned shifts, balancing operational responsibilities with the mission of creating meaningful moments for customers. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality products, cash handling, safety and security
  • six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks
  • ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
