Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with approx 45 hours per week
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies
  • Background check and job-fit assessment required

Job Duties

  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
