Job Requirements

  • Capable of performing manual tasks such as heavy lifting between 25-85 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
  • Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids
  • Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning
  • Able to work with others in confined spaces
  • Maintain confidentiality of company operating procedures and results
  • Punctual attendance and flexible work hours
  • Smile and enthusiasm when interacting with guests

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving operational results
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and counting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Take direct ownership of team results and impact guest experience and restaurant success
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
  • Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates to team members
  • Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and ensuring meals are hot and fresh
  • Lead and promote a positive, collaborative family environment among staff
  • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve high performance
  • Maintain safety protocols around high-temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening
