Job Requirements

Capable of performing manual tasks such as heavy lifting between 25-85 pounds
Able to stand for extended periods
Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids
Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning
Able to work with others in confined spaces
Maintain confidentiality of company operating procedures and results
Punctual attendance and flexible work hours
Smile and enthusiasm when interacting with guests

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving operational results
Basic math skills for cash handling and counting
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Take direct ownership of team results and impact guest experience and restaurant success
Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates to team members
Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and ensuring meals are hot and fresh
Lead and promote a positive, collaborative family environment among staff
Motivate and mentor team members to achieve high performance
Maintain safety protocols around high-temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening
