Job Duties
- Team leadership: foster a respectful and collaborative team environment by effectively communicating shift priorities, goals, and results
- support the training and development of crew members, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Operational excellence: ensure adherence to KFC's operational standards, including food safety and quality
- manage food preparation and cleaning processes with speed and accuracy
- Guest experience: deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and serving hot and fresh meals
- Decision-making and problem-solving: quickly assess and resolve operational challenges that arise during the shift, ensuring smooth restaurant operations
- Inventory and cash management: monitor product levels and minimize waste while ensuring accurate cash handling procedures
- Safety and compliance: enforce safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and KFC's standards
- Performance tracking: monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements
