Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- prepared to coach food and beverage preparation
- experience leading or coordinating at least two employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to direct the work of others
- knowledge of the retail environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day store operations
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
- maintain store safety and security
- handle cash transactions accurately
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- uphold store operating policies and standards
