Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepared to coach food and beverage preparation
  • experience leading or coordinating at least two employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day store operations
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • maintain store safety and security
  • handle cash transactions accurately
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
  • ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
  • uphold store operating policies and standards
