Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
- coach and prepare partners to deliver quality food and beverages
- ensure compliance with store safety and security policies
- manage cash handling procedures
- delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members
- maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
