Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the team during shifts to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Maintain compliance with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members for efficient workflow
- Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming store environment for customers and partners
