Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extensive periods of time

  • manage and run shifts by coaching and training team members
  • ensure overall effectiveness of operations focusing on people, sales, and profit

  • follow company policies and procedures
  • oversee team performance and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure quality food preparation and safety standards are met
