Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting between 25-85 pounds and extended standing
  • Hearing within normal range for safety alarms
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures
  • Must be able to work cooperatively in confined spaces
  • Commitment to punctual attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Mentor and motivate team members toward achieving high performance
  • Maintain safety and operational standards in the restaurant environment
