Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a MVR background check for delivery locations only
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons sometimes experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
- Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to operate electronic equipment such as computer, scanner, and printer
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
Job Duties
- Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
- Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employees
- Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
