Job Description

Trulieve is a leading company in the rapidly growing cannabis industry across the United States. With a strong commitment to quality and patient care, Trulieve cultivates its plants in specially designed environments that minimize the use of chemicals and prevent pests, ensuring a natural, safe, and effective product. Their mission focuses on providing relief to patients suffering from severe medical conditions such as cancer by developing products that help alleviate symptoms including seizures, muscle spasms, pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. The company collaborates closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the right products at the right dosage for their medical needs. Trulieve values compassionate care and strives to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their patients through high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

This position is for a Shift Supervisor role within Trulieve's retail department. The Shift Supervisor is a critical leadership role, responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This role requires strong supervisory skills to manage store personnel effectively, ensure operational excellence, and meet key performance metrics. The Shift Supervisor plays an essential role in maintaining compliance with all applicable state regulations, upholding brand standards in visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service. As part of the leadership team, the Shift Supervisor is expected to provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the staff, focusing on service standards and accountability.

This position is hourly, non-exempt, with a starting wage of $16.50. The work schedule can be up to 40 hours per week with flexible hours depending on store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is not a remote position, as presence in the retail store is required. Trulieve offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off. The company is an equal opportunity employer and promotes a drug-free workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment free from discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, disability, and other protected categories.
