Job Duties

Have direct ownership of the results of the team and impact guest experience and restaurant success
Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates to the team
Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and serving hot and fresh meals
Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
Motivate and mentor team members
Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
