Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of the results of the team and impact guest experience and restaurant success
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
- Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates to the team
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and serving hot and fresh meals
- Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
- Motivate and mentor team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
