This position is for a Shift Supervisor at Wendy's, a role critical in ensuring smooth and efficient operations during non-service and non-peak hours. The Shift Supervisor will mainly supervise operational activities outside of peak service times, assisting management during busy service hours. This role demands strong leadership skills to monitor and reinforce quality service standards and food safety protocols amongst crew members. The supervisor acts as the management's representative on the floor, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
