- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including non peak and non service hours
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to enforce food safety and quality standards
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Supervise operational activities during non service hours
- Assist management during service hours
- Monitor and reinforce quality service procedures
- Enforce food safety procedures among crew members
- Oversee staff performance during non peak service hours
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support team members to deliver excellent customer experience
