Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one or more years' restaurant experience
  • open or flexible work availability
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting weight between 25 to 50 pounds
  • ability to use headset for communication
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
  • punctual and reliable attendance
  • ability to multitask under time constraints
  • ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • adaptable to change and additional tasks
  • completion of all required training programs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • some college education is a plus
  • one or more years of restaurant experience
  • demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise crew members
