Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one or more years' restaurant experience
- open or flexible work availability
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- excellent problem solving skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting weight between 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to use headset for communication
- ability to operate restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- punctual and reliable attendance
- ability to multitask under time constraints
- ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- adaptable to change and additional tasks
- completion of all required training programs
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- some college education is a plus
- one or more years of restaurant experience
- demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Train and supervise crew members
- monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
- interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
