Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant leadership preferred
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts
Ability to lift items weighing 25-85 pounds
Capability to stand for extended periods
Auditory ability to hear normal range sounds
Cash handling experience
Reading proficiency for menus and training materials
Manual dexterity for packing food and cleaning
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a restaurant environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor team members
Basic math skills for cash handling
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Own the results of the team and impact guest experience and restaurant success
Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates
Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot fresh meals
Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
