You will take charge of managing shift schedules strategically to optimize staffing levels, efficiently handle customer concerns with a solution-focused attitude, and promote the KFC brand through diligent adherence to company standards.

Financial acumen is essential, as you will analyze daily performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will keep a close eye on competitive market trends, digital tools, and loyalty programs to ensure KFC remains a front-runner. This leadership role also includes responsibilities such as conflict resolution, maintaining a positive work culture, and supporting change management initiatives within your team.

Successful candidates will bring extensive management experience in restaurant or retail sectors and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. They will have a proven ability to recruit and develop talent, improve team performance, and manage operational standards rigorously. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced environment and who want to grow their careers within a well-established brand.

Employment with KFC offers competitive pay and benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work culture that emphasizes employee well-being and professional growth. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package from day one, such as medical coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and exclusive discounts.
