Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting directly with customers
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team work
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Capacity to build relationships and foster connection
Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash operations accurately and efficiently
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Monitor adherence to store policies and quality standards
