Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Have at least six months of customer service experience
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Coach and mentor partners to maintain product and service quality
- Prepare and oversee food and beverage preparation according to Starbucks standards
- Manage cash handling and store security procedures
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
