Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Have at least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
