Job Requirements

Ability to manage fast-paced high-volume clean customer-focused shop
Pass Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start
Strong time-management skills
Ability to multi-task prioritize and organize
Spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or front of shop
Lift at least 30 pounds regularly
Frequently reach crouch squat and bend
Exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
Confidently handle a knife

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage fast-paced environments
Time-management and multitasking capabilities
Confidence in handling kitchen tools and equipment
Willingness to obtain Food Safety Certification within 45 days

Job Duties

Run shifts leading the team with personality and professionalism
Execute day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Interact with guests and employees to foster a positive atmosphere
Manage fast-paced and high-volume shop activities efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
