Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages and food
  • Demonstrate cash handling proficiency
  • Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • At least six months experience supervising or coordinating a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Quick learner with effective oral communication

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts ensuring operational excellence and team productivity
  • Coach and mentor partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation
  • Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with store safety and security protocols
  • Delegate tasks efficiently to team members and coordinate shift activities
  • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Support inventory management and store cleanliness
