  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Ability to lift 25 to 85 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Effectively communicate goals, promotions and business updates
  • Provide a top-notch guest experience with friendly interactions, clean restaurant and fresh meals
  • Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
  • Mentor and motivate team members
  • Maintain a safe work environment around high temperature equipment and hot liquids
