Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong work ethic with high standards for integrity
Ability to follow established practices and procedures
Ability to lead, train and develop a team
Ability to adapt and respond to changing needs

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or food service
Customer focus
Positive approach to training and developing team members
Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
Effective communication skills with leadership team members
Organized and detailed oriented
Retail experience
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
