Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- flexible work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting 25-85 pounds
- effective verbal communication skills
- able to handle cash and count money
- ability to read menus, manuals and training materials
- manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning
- able to maintain safety around hot kitchen equipment
- high level of accountability and confidentiality
- punctual attendance required
- hearing within normal range for safety alarms
- able to work collaboratively in confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
- demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and mentor team members
- basic understanding of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of team results and impact guest experience
- support the Restaurant General Manager in team building, operational metrics and profitability
- communicate goals, promotions and business updates effectively
- provide friendly guest interactions and ensure a clean restaurant with fresh hot meals
- lead a positive and collaborative family environment
