Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customer customization

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store partners during shifts
  • Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to partners to enhance performance
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment for customers and partners
