Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customer customization
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store partners during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to partners to enhance performance
- Maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment for customers and partners
