The Shift Supervisor role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including overseeing shift operations, ensuring food safety and quality, managing schedules, supporting team members through training and feedback, and collaborating with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to improve store profitability by monitoring labor and inventory. The ideal candidate will be someone who can effectively handle customer complaints, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and lead by example. The position also requires physical stamina including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing cleaning duties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role as well.
