Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in a restaurant setting
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Authorization to work in the country where the franchise is located
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor others

Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of the team results and impact the guest experience and restaurant success
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team development, operational metrics, and profitability
- Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and fresh hot meals
- Lead a positive, collaborative family environment among the team
- Maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Motivate and mentor team members to meet performance expectations
