This employment opportunity is with a locally owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. While McDonald's is globally recognized for its quality food products and iconic branding, this particular restaurant is independently owned by a franchisee who holds the license to operate under the McDonald's name and use its logos and food items. It is important to understand that this franchisee operates separately and independently from McDonald's USA, which means that all employment decisions, policies, and related matters are handled solely by the franchisee. This distinction ensures that the franchisee manages all aspects of staffing, hiring, firing, scheduling and employee discipline with full autonomy. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions or have any control over the day-to-day management of staff within this restaurant.
The position being offered is for a Shift Manager role within this independent franchise McDonald's restaurant. The Shift Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during their assigned shifts to ensure customers consistently receive fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.
