Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for fast paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage teams and maintain high standards
  • capable of coaching and developing staff
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week making sure customers get fast accurate friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
  • plan and monitor performance during shifts taking action to meet standards
  • ensure food safety internal communication and inventory management
  • manage daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • schedule staff and provide training
  • monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
