Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get fast accurate friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- plan and monitor performance during shifts taking action to meet standards
- ensure food safety internal communication and inventory management
- manage daily maintenance and cleanliness
- schedule staff and provide training
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
