Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth shift transitions
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
