Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, which is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products but manages the restaurant independently, including all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with a flexible schedule
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • minimum age 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth shift transitions
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
