Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- take action to ensure team meets mcdonald's standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare them for running a great shift
- meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals
