Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Ability to work full time or part time with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and manage shift operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management

  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic inventory and scheduling management experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Plan each shift and monitor team performance throughout to meet restaurant standards
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and internal communications during shifts
  • Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Train team members and manage schedules to optimize workflow
  • Ensure safety, security, and profitability goals are met during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
