Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- Ability to work full time or part time with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance throughout to meet restaurant standards
- Oversee food quality, safety, and internal communications during shifts
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Train team members and manage schedules to optimize workflow
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability goals are met during shifts
- Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
