We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Shift Manager to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of daily operations and ensuring that each customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience from the moment they walk through our doors. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of crew members and fellow managers on shift, continually striving for excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach, willing to dive in and assist wherever necessary to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include planning shift activities, monitoring team performance, managing safety and security protocols, and contributing to profitability targets. Additionally, effective communication with incoming Shift Managers is critical to ensure seamless transitions and sustained high standards. Your ability to oversee food quality and safety, internal communications, inventory control, and daily maintenance will directly influence the restaurant's success and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
Ability to work full time or part time with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to plan, monitor, and manage shift operations
Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Duties

Lead restaurant shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Plan each shift and monitor team performance throughout to meet restaurant standards
Oversee food quality, safety, and internal communications during shifts
Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant
Train team members and manage schedules to optimize workflow
Ensure safety, security, and profitability goals are met during shifts
Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
