If hired, this franchisee will be your employer and responsible for your work experience, supervision, scheduling, and any disciplinary actions.

This role is for a Shift Manager position, an essential leadership role within the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts each week and ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service consistently. This position requires managing both crew members and fellow managers during your shift while upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
