This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, specifically the Godlove Family, and not McDonald’s USA itself. This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s logos, menu items, and food products, adhering to the brand standards while running the restaurant independently. It is important to understand that employment decisions, hiring, and all employment-related matters are managed solely by this franchisee and not by McDonald’s USA. If hired, this franchisee will be your employer and responsible for your work experience, supervision, scheduling, and any disciplinary actions.
This role is for a Shift Manager position, an essential leadership role within the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts each week and ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service consistently. This position requires managing both crew members and fellow managers during your shift while upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The role offers a dynamic work environment where your leadership skills are valued and developed. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the restaurant by overseeing department goals and meeting operational targets.
