This role is for a Shift Manager at a Godlove Family owned McDonald's franchise restaurant. The Shift Manager position is an exciting leadership role that involves overseeing shifts to provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer visit. The role focuses heavily on ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met consistently. Shift Managers are tasked with leading both crew members and fellow managers during their shifts, driving team performance, and supporting operational excellence.
